AFFILIATE RESELLERS

You can become an affiliate reseller once you are a registered customer. You will find all the details in the Clients Center.

How it works

Upon acceptance of the agreement, you will be appointed an affiliate reseller, and will receive a unique affiliate ID. You can use any of the links or images provided to place on your Web site with your affiliate ID appended to the order link. The first time a visitor clicks on your order link and enters his information in our customer information system your affiliate ID is added to his customer record. You will receive a commission whenever the referred customer orders a product.

Reserved rights

PlanMagic reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time with immediate effect and not pay the commission if it's found that the affiliate is doing any of the points listed in the prohibited usage section below. PlanMagic reserves the right to change the rate of commission and/or the products included in the scheme without prior notice. PlanMagic will notify its affiliate resellers of changes in products, prices and or commissions.

Payment of Commission

PlanMagic will pay a 25% commission on the net revenue (excludes sales tax, chargebacks or refunds) of sales of any PlanMagic product that is identified as coming from an affiliate's Web site. Payments will be made within 30 days of the end of each month. Payment will be into Affiliate's PayPal account in US dollars. Please ensure you have a PayPal account before joining the program. If the amount of commission is less than US$ 50, then the payment will be carried over until the next payment period. If a customer has been referred from more than one site, commission will only be paid to the original referrer.

The affiliate's PlanMagic Online account will at all times show details of commission due and commission paid to date, and number of click throughs resulting from referrals. No method of referral is recognized other than a click through on a link from an affiliate's site that uses the link URL provided under the affiliate program and that has been recorded by the affiliate tracking. Commission is not paid on purchases made by an affiliate on their own behalf.

Prohibited usage

Displaying the link on any site that, at our discretion, is judged offensive or likely to bring PlanMagic into disrepute. Without limitation this includes sites that:

• contain sexually explicit or any indecent, obscene or clearly offensive material
• promote any illegal activity
• promote violence
• promote discrimination
• any other method of promotion that, in our judgment, is likely to bring PlanMagic into disrepute. Without limitation this includes spamming the link URL, and any anonymous or unsolicited emailing of the link URL.
• making any untrue, misleading or denigrating representations about the PlanMagic products or PlanMagic.
• use of PlanMagic's trademarks in domain names or in any context other than what is reasonable to describe the products on the affiliate site or email.
